Delivery & Returns

 

Deliveries - Free postage on all items to the UK Mainland. Items have a 1-3 day dispatch time (excluding Bank Holidays) and will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For.

Returns - In the event that you would like to return your item lushlagenlook will give a full refund providing the item is returned in its original state within 14 days of delivery. That is to say, that all clothes are unworn, and original labels are intact. Jewellery needs to be returned unused in its original box/ packaging, unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery is non refundable. (Please note, that because all lushlagenlook products have free UK Mainland Postage, a refund will be given for the item only, and no extra return postage and packaging costs).

Please include your details, including your name & address, date of purchase (or original invoice/receipt where possible) along with the reason for your return.

It is advised that you return the item using a trackable postal method in the event that the item goes missing.

In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office/Courier as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Returning a faulty item - In the unfortunate event that your item arrives faulty/damaged and you would like a refund, in the first instance please email us a message info@lushlagenlook.com with your details along with the item details and your concerns, and we will endeavour to reach a satisfactory conclusion, full refund plus return postage if it is found that lushlagenlook is at fault.
